Notably, the team cut wide receivers Sean Ryan, Russell Gage, and Anthony Miller. Additionally, tight ends Mike Rigerman, Riley Sharp, Qadir Ismail, and Scotty Washington were released.

On the offensive line, Tashawn Manning and Darrell Simpson did not make the final cut. Defensive side changes included releasing defensive lineman Tramel Walthour, cornerback Damarion "Pepe" Williams, and punter Jack Browning.
